Do you enjoy mouth-watering burgers? What about running? If you live in Philly, NYC, Atlanta, Austin, D.C., Baltimore, Chicago, or West Hollywood and answered YES! to both of those questions then you need to join Shake Shack’s run club, Shack Track & Field, immediately! Earlier this week, I participated in my first event with their run club – the Shack Track & Field + SoulCycle duathlon. Shake Shack + running + SoulCycle?! Those are a few of my favorite things!
We met at SoulCycle’s TriBeCa location for a 45-minute ride with Rachel G. at 6:45pm. Rachel’s energy and playlist were just what I needed after work to get me into a motivated yet relaxed mindset.
After class, we hit the pavement for a two mile run to Battery Park. I’ve run four miles and then immediately jumped into a SoulCycle class before, but I’ve never done the opposite. My legs were so exhausted. It felt like I was trudging through cement!

But, I made it! We ended our evening enjoying free beer at Shake Shack! And yes, I ordered a Shakeburger to eat on the walk home… #Guilty #SorryImNotSorry

Center City Shack – meet at Breakaway Bikes (1923 Chestnut Street) the first Saturday of every month at 8:30AM. The ride ends at the Center City Shack (2000 Sansom Street).
University City Shack – meet at Philadelphia Runner (3621 Walnut Street) the second Tuesday of every month at 7PM. The run ends at the University City Shack (3200 Chestnut Street). Bag drop available.

Battery Park City – meet at the Battery Park City Shack (215 Murray Street) for a 3-5 mile run OR at JackRabbit Union Square for a 6-7 mile run the second Tuesday of every month at 7PM. Both runs end back at the Shack. Bag drop available.
Upper East Side – meet at JackRabbit Sports (1255 Lexington Avenue) the second Tuesday of every month at 7PM. The run ends at the Upper East Side Shack (154 East 86th Street). Bag drop available.
DUMBO – meet at the DUMBO Shack (1 Old Fulton Street) the second Tuesday of every month at 7PM. The run ends back at the Shack. Bag drop available.
Inner Harbor Shack – Meet at 7PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at Charm City Run (1713 Whetstone Way) and at the Inner Harbor Shack (400 E. Pratt Street). Bag drop available.
College Athletic Association Shack – meet at either Universal Sole Running Store (3052 N. Lincoln Avenue) in Lakeview or Live Grit (1010 W. Monroe Street) in the West Loop at 6:30PM for a 3-5 mile run through the city. Both runs end at the Chicago Athletic Association Shake Shack (2 S. Michigan Avenue). Bag drop available.
Buckhead Shack – Meet at 7PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month to start and end at the Buckhead Shack (3035 Peachtree Rd NE). Bag drop available.
West Hollywood Shack – Meet at 7PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at FrontRunners West Hollywood Run Club (8625 Santa Monica Boulevard) and end at the West Hollywood Shack (8520 Santa Monica Boulevard). Bag drop available.
Meet at 7PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month to start and end at the South Lamar Shack (1100 South Lamar Blvd). Bag drop available.
