Workout While Watching: Daredevil

I promise I actually watch shows that aren’t produced by Netflix too, but at the moment Netflix is just straight up killing it! I was obsessed with the first season of Fuller House and loooved the fourth season of House of Cards (It was probably my favorite season yet!). I’m looking forward to seeing what they’ve done with Daredevil for season 2. It looks like they are bringing in a bunch of new characters like Punisher and Elektra, so I’m excited!:

EVERY TIME MATT MURDOCK VISITS CHURCH/THE PRIEST: 10 BURPEES

EVERY TIME THE CAMERA FOCUSES ON MATT MURDOCK USING HIS SPECIAL SENSES: 15 PUSH UPS

EVERY TIME MATT/DAREDEVIL PARKOURS AROUND THE CITY: 15 JUMP SQUATS

EVERY TIME MATT MURDOCK IS SHIRTLESS: 20 BICYCLE CRUNCHES PER SIDE

EVERY TIME SOMEONE IS MURDERED: 15 JUMPING JACKS

EVERY TIME THE AVENGERS OR OTHER MARVEL CHARACTERS ARE MENTIONED: 30 SECOND PLANK
