In honor of Fuller House being released today, I’ve put together a workout for anyone like me planning to binge watch it on Netflix. This is going to kick off a new blog series I’m doing called “Workout While Watching”. (It’s like a drinking game, but instead of drinking – you’re sweating!) Now, when Netflix asks if we are still watching, we won’t feel so bad about ourselves!

EVERY TIME JESSE TALKS ABOUT HIS HAIR: 10 LUNGES
EVERY TIME A LIFE LESSON IS LEARNED: 10 CRUNCHES
EVERY TIME A CATCHPHRASE IS USED (EX: “HOW RUDE”, “CUT IT OUT”, “HAVE MERCY”): 10 SQUATS
EVERY TIME JESSE SINGS OR JOEY DOES AN IMPRESSION: 10 PUSH UPS
EVERY TIME SOMEONE MAKES FUN OF KIMMY OR STEVE: 10 JUMPING JACKS
