Happy Monday! Week 6 of the Tone It Up Bikini Series is complete! Unfortunately, my healthy eating habits went on vacation as I traveled around Colorado for the last five days. While I thought it was going to be an active trip, it’s currently “mud season” in Colorado which means the weather can go from sunny to rain to snow in 0.6 seconds flat! We did get a couple good hikes in though which Nick and I both really enjoyed. Posts on those adventures will be hitting the blog soon, so stay tuned!
Food: plain oatmeal with cinnamon; apple; half of a Chipolte chicken burrito bowl; hardboiled egg, chocolate Shakeology with almond milk, banana, and peanut butter
Workout: Bikini Arms
Food: oatmeal with cinnamon; two rice cakes; second half of Chipolte chicken burrito bowl; mango slices, hardboiled egg; two baby burritos with chips and salsa and a side salad
Workout: 2 miles walked
Food: scone and orange juice; Chick-fil-a nuggets, waffle fries; slice of pizza topped with pineapple and ricotta cheese; peanut butter and M&M cookie
Food: oatmeal with peanut butter; hard boiled egg; a couple onion rings, a salad with vinaigrette, a cup of seafood chowder, and a roll; half of a Stouffer’s macaroni and cheese dish and watermelon
Workout: 3 mile hike around Keystone
Food: oatmeal with apples; a beer; a beef taco, a cheese enchiladas, a beef enchilada, beans, and sopapillas; green tea; froyo with candy toppings
Workout: 2.5 mile walk around Denver
Food: oatmeal with apples; hardboiled egg; Wisconson Cheesesteak with bell peppers, cheese, and steak with a side salad from Noodle & Company; a Rice Krispy treat; bean dip; froyo with candy toppings; a slice of Hawaiian pizza
Food: oatmeal with apples; hardboiled egg; chips and salsa; gluten free pancakes with vanilla butter and a strawberry lemonade; macaroni and cheese, a side salad, and a Rice Krispy treat from Noodle & Company
Workout: 3 mile hike to Royal Arch
Two weeks left! Because I completely fell off the Healthy Wagon and then rolled wayyy down the hill during Week 6, I plan to kill it during the last two weeks of the Bikini Series. In addition, I will be starting the Tone It Up Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous 28-Day Challenge on June 8th with the rest of the Tone It Up Community. Lastly, I have less than 25 miles left until I reach #150bysummer!
