On Sunday evening, I met up with friends for a little sweat sesh at RIPPED Fitness in Rye Brook, New York. The RIPPED method is a HIIT workout that combines cardio on treadmills with strength and toning exercises on the floor. My friend/instructor/girl crush, Jacquie, kicked our butts and pumped us up for the upcoming week. I mean, how can you not be motivated when your instructor looks like this?!:
