This has been an interesting week in general. It’s also been one of those weeks that feels like it seems to go on for…ev…er. I can’t belive Donna was here just a few days ago because it feels like ages! Check it all out below:
Posts:
Monday – #sweatpink Boot Camp!
Tuesday – Forever I Love Atlanta
Wednesday – The Blogversary Celebration Comes To An End… (*contest*)
Thursday – Thursday Thoughts (my new series!)
Adventures:
Sunday evening my stepmom and I went into the city to have dinner with a family friend.
Later that evening, my bestie, Donna, arrived!
I marked part of #133 off my bucket list by visiting the American Museum of Natural History.
I strolled through Central Park – one of my all time favorite new things to do now. NYC is so romantical…
I had dinner with the Burke sisters at ilili Mediterranean restaurant. Delish!
I took the Burke sisters to my secret rooftop bar – it is amazing and the views are absolutely breathtaking.
For lunch on Tuesday we ate at Serafina’s Fabulous Grill…it really is fabulous!
Thursday night I went shopping in about 40 minutes – new purse, heels, top and necklace. It was a shopping emergency because…
I had my first interview in the city on Friday with a fashion PR firm!
Saturday I went on my first outdoor run since being in CT…no dreadmill for me!
Tonight I have my first date since the Wake Up Break Up of 2012 + it’s a semi-blind date. Double nervous!

Have you entered my final blogversary giveaway yet? It is a signed copy of Janet Oberholtzer’s book, Because I Can. It is a very inspiring book even if you aren’t a runner. I really recommend it especially if you are like me and need some help “blooming where you are planted” aka making the best out of certain situations and whatever life throws your way.
