Happy Monday, everyone! As you know, I’ve been slacking in the health and fitness department of my life this past month. Except for walks on the beach and paddleboarding, I haven’t really stuck to a workout routine – especially my 2013 Walt Disney World Marathon training schedule (I’m using the Hal Higdon 30 week program). As David pointed out – I’ve only successfully completed the rest days (with a few runs in between). Oops! Well, that ended yesterday!
