The conversation turned onto the topic of late night snacking and Suzanne said it isn’t how late you eat as it is what you eat that is key. Make good choices like the goodnessKnows bars or fruit and don’t snack mindlessly late at night.
When someone asked about all of the sugar in fruit, Suzanne replied – “The banana didn’t make you fat!” I love that quote! After our four mile hike and lunch, we relaxed by having a yoga sesh under some trees. It was beautiful and very peaceful.
